Long time no see. I used to have a Tiny Letter newsletter, but, for various reasons I won’t bore you with, I abandoned it - apologies to my lovely subscribers. Please, do come back, I’ve missed sharing my cultural discoveries and musings with my readers and, I am not going to lie, receiving positive feedback. So I have decided to reboot A Plate of Pierogi. At some point soon, I will turn on the paid option, which might strike you as wildly optimistic, if not arrogant, but it will serve as the proverbial kick up the backside I need to keep going. You may well ask: why add to the already vast and forever expanding mass of online content?
